Yes, I think it is him. I've seen a couple of pictures of him from behind and wet, and they look similar. Picture 888 has a similar shaped bum. Plus he's wearing Ginch Gonch undies.
I've managed to find 61 pictures of Kolten, some of which you already have here.
In fact, now that I look more closely, the pink railing in picture 888 looks very much like the railing in picture number 57 that I've just posted the link for. The underwear also seems to be the same. I'm sure it's him.
